These Terms govern your use of mindshiftagent.com and the services of MindShift AI, a service of MindShiftRealty ("MindShift AI", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

MindShift AI builds and manages AI voice agents that answer phone calls, capture caller details and notify businesses. Any demo agent on this website is for demonstration only. Do not use it to report a real emergency. In an emergency, call 911.

SMS program terms

• Program: MindShift AI sends text messages to people who opt in through our website contact form. Non-marketing messages relate to your inquiry, such as replies and appointment follow-ups. Marketing messages include product updates and offers, and are sent only if you separately opt in to them.
• Consent: Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one final message confirming that you have opted out.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email mindshiftrealty@gmail.com.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without permission, or use them for unlawful purposes.

No guarantees

Our website and demos are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Services for paying clients are governed by the separate agreement we sign with each client.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MindShift AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or its demos.
